Return Policy
eTruckAccessories.com is committed to your satisfaction. We will gladly refund or replace any defective item and most non-defective items returned within 30 days of your product's shipping date.

Doesn't Work?

We stand by the high quality of our products. Most defective items may be returned for a replacement or a full refund. Electronic parts may be returned for replacement only.

If part of a product is defective, please return the whole product.

All products (unless noted on our site) are sold with the full manufacturer's warranty. The warranty period and service varies by manufacturer and product.

Changed Your Mind?

Unopened items:
We will fully refund you for any unopened item for any reason (shipping not included). Pre-painted parts are not returnable.

Opened items:
We apologize that we can not provide refunds for opened, non-defective electronic parts. Please return items in 'as-new' condition, in original packaging and with all warranty cards, manuals, parts and accessories. There will be a $35.00 re-boxing fee for products returned in a damaged box. The merchandise will be inspected, if it is not in 'as-new' condition, additional charges will apply. (shipping not included)

Returns Procedure
To speed up the process, all returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).

  1. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#)
    • E-mail us for a RMA number. Be sure to include the original invoice number and the reason for the return.
    • RMA numbers are good for 10 days.
  2. Send your return prepaid via UPS or any other delivery service with tracking information.
    • For defective returns, we will send a call tag to have the merchandise picked up at no cost to you.
    • Write your RMA# on the outside of the shipping package or on the packing slip. Please do not write on the manufacturer's box.
    • Ship your return to:

    • Please hold on to your tracking information until the return process is complete.
  3. Your refund or replacement is on its way!
    • If you requested a replacement:
      • We'll ship your replacement via ground shipping as soon as we receive your returned item.
    • If you requested a refund:
      • If you paid by credit card, your account will be credited within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
      • If you paid by check or money order, you'll receive a check in the mail within 14 to 21 business days after we receive the returned item.
