eTruckAccessories Warranty Statement:
eTruckAccessories will be the final judge on any Warranty situation. eTruckAccessories is a sales organization that buys and resells manufactured products to the public and as such does not itself warranty the product it sells. The manufacturers warranty products they manufacture and the only warranty that is in effect is the warranty from the manufacturer of the product. The only warranty eTruckAccessories offers is replacement if the problem is a mistake on our part. Example: Shipping wrong part or Error in Pricing Etc.

Manufacturers Warranty Statement:
(Each manufacturer has their own warranty statement and rules, the ultimate warranty decision and protection is theirs and is stated in each manufactures warranty statement.)

Following is a partial warranty used by all manufacturers and eTruckAccessories:

All warranties apply only to the original retail purchaser, for the original vehicle it was purchased for.

Warranties are not transferable:
The manufacturer of the product warrants products it manufactures to be free from defective material or factory workmanship and will repair or replace any failed hardware components or equipment because of manufacturers defects for a period designated in their warranty statement beginning on the date of the sales invoice. All defective parts/hardware are covered by the repair or replacement as stated in the manufacturers warranty only. Warranty does not apply to any product that has been improperly installed, repaired, or altered in any way, or subjected to any misuse. All Demo, display or otherwise used parts/components are warranted for 10 days from invoice date unless otherwise stated in writing. (For other manufacturer warranties, the customer needs to read a copy of their warranty.)

DISCLAIMERS:
eTruckAccessories will not be held responsible for any component failures or breakage due to any of the following:

• Acts of God, unauthorized tampering with any of the equipment listed on our invoice or misuse of any of the listed items.
• eTruckAccessories further disavows itself of any responsibility for any loss due to a warranty situation.
• eTruckAccessories does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Under no circumstances shall eTruckAccessories be liable for any form of loss or damage of any type, whether direct or indirect, including loss of profits and/or savings arising from the use of parts provided or hardware failure.
• No other warranty of any kind, express or implied is made respecting the products sold. Buyer assumes all risk and liability whatsoever resulting from the use of said products.
• Some reasonable foreseeable impact may exceed the products capability to protect against injury. There are limitations to the severity of impact that the products sold herein can withstand and the products are not a substitute for safe and careful driving.
