Please be aware of the dangers of carbon monoxide. When any exhaust pipe directly exits to the rear of the vehicle, carbon monoxide may be drawn into the interior rear of the vehicle. With camper shells or on SUV's, when a side window is open it further increases the the danger. Also, with a rear exit system, you may find exhaust soot on the trailer you're towing. Therefore, rear exit systems should not be installed on SUV's or pickups with camper shells or where camper shells are used to carry people or animals. The Swept Side Single or the Dual Sport Truck side exit systems are recommended in these applications.
