TriTune Max MicroTuner

Part number 1715 for gas powered Ford Pickup Trucks, SUVs and Vans. Dubbed the TriTune Max MicroTuner, these SUPERCHIPS models feature three different tuning options aimed at specific vehicle usage. The Max MicroTuner is now available with an 87 octane program, a 91-93 octane towing program and a 91-93 octane high performance program.

Lightning and Harley Davidson pickups factory equipped with a Supercharger have a Perf/Tow program, High Performance program and an HP4 High Performance program. The HP4 High Performance Program requires a maximum 6 Lb boost increase, achieved by the installation of upper and lower pulleys supplied by others.

The 1715 has the ability to program 5.0L, 5.8L and 7.5L V8s plus the newer 4.6L, 5.4L and 6.8L V10 motors.

The 1715 also offers automatic transmission tuning* where applicable.

Tuned for more power in towing applications

91-93 Octane High Performance program:
Non-towing High Performance Application
Maximum Horsepower and Torque gains, automatics get better shifting trans and all user adjustment option as listed above work. 91-93 Octane Premium fuel required. Use of this program while hauling or towing loads may cause detonation (pinging) under load. Colder Thermostat not required.
